Which martial arts does KEIKO support?
All of them. KEIKO comes ready for karate, taekwondo, judo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Krav Maga, kung fu, aikido, jiu-jitsu and hapkido, with the right grades and wording for each - and works for any other style too. You can change the grades, titles, roles and terminology to suit your club.
Can I manage more than one dojo?
Yes. You can add as many training locations as you need, each with its own classes, and run them all from the one account.
How do I bring my existing members across?
During registration you can upload your member list from a spreadsheet using our template, so your club is ready to go from day one.
Can parents manage their children’s memberships?
Yes. Family members can share a contact email address, so parents receive communications for the whole family.
How are SMS messages charged?
Email messages are free. SMS messages are charged per message, and KEIKO shows you the cost before you approve each send.
Is my club’s data secure?
Every club’s data is stored in its own separate database, hosted in the cloud with automatic backups. Only the people you authorise can access it.
Which languages are available?
KEIKO is currently available in English and Slovak, with terminology that adapts to your discipline.
